Which will freeze first, water at 90 or 18 Celsius degrees? Hot water comes first!
The fact that hot water freezes faster than cold water under the same conditions was experimentally revealed.
This fact was known by the ancient Greek philosopher, Aristotle in the 4th century BC.
This phenomenon gained attention in the scientific community because of a student named “Erasto Phemba” from the school in Iringa, Tanzania.
This student insisted on his experimental results that to freeze ice cream quickly, it should be heated first.
Often, when faced with engineering problems that inherently contain contradictions,
we tend to overlook the essence of the problem due to psychological inertia and fail to provide fundamental solutions.
In order to overcome this psychological inertia, I would like to explain the creative thinking methods of resolving physical contradictions
such as substance-field analysis and separation rules.
