[Spring 2014] Request for Submitting Documents Related to Graduation
2014.04.161. Ref.: 'Regulation on Graduate School Conferment of Academic Degrees'
Chapter 3, Article 15, 16 and 22.
2. In accordance with the reference above, departments that have students who need to prepare the required documents related to graduation should submit requested forms by May 30 (Fri), 2014. The detailed schedule is as follows:
A. Required Documents

Nomination of Thesis/Dissertation Examining Committee |
Students planning to submit their thesis /dissertation in Spring 2014. |
Requested for Course Completion |
Students who meet the requirements for the course completion and want to leave the school permanently without a degree in August 2014. |
Research Proposal | Students in doctoral or master's-doctoral programs are planning to submit their dissertation in Spring 2015. |
B. Important Dates for Thesis/Dissertation Submission

May 12(Mon)~23(Wed) | Input of 'Nomination of Thesis/Dissertation Examining Committee' |
☞ Students themselves should input committee information on the portal system. ☞ Students who already did it last semester and delayed their defense do not have to submit it again. But, each department should notify student names to the Graduate Studies Team. |
